Are you an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst?
Looking for a new challenge?
We are currently working with a top law firm based in central London who are seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst.
The role offers a challenging new environment as well as a hybrid work from home policy; one week working from home and one week from the office, allowing you a great work/life balance!
Your responsibilities:
Being the first point of call for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Exchange
Your skills:
- A minimum of one years’ IT help desk support experience within a professional services organisation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrable knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
