Key Responsibilities
- Technology Integration: Drive adoption of tools like Legatics, Definely, HighQ, and document automation platforms.
- Generative AI: Build bots and agents using AI to streamline processes.
- Project Management: Lead projects, managing timelines, budgets, and mentoring trainees on innovation initiatives.
- User Support: Provide first-line assistance for technology queries, especially within Business Advisory and Transactional Services teams.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of legal tech trends, advising on future investments and engaging with clients on tech solutions.
- Collaboration & Training: Work with Learning & Development to design training programs and foster best practices across the firm.
