Are you an IT Support professional looking for a rewarding new role closer to home? Do you have experience of working for a law firm or similar professional services? If so, this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you!
You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for a leading law firm, joining a friendly team based in their Bromley office. The position will offer you the chance to work from home 2 days per week, giving you that all important work/life balance!
This position requires you to have a full UK drivers licence and your own car as you will need to travel to other local offices on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site support for users.

- Offer application support and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Skills Required:
- Essential software knowledge: Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Bighand.
- Proficiency with essential hardware: laptops, desktops and phones.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
