Deskside Support Analyst – London
Are you stuck on the service desk, with no clear path into 2nd line? This is a rare opportunity to step into a Second Line Support role where you’ll not only utilise your existing skills but also receive training to advance your expertise. If you’re currently working in a 1st & 2nd Line Support position in the legal sector and are eager to take your career to the next level, this role is designed with you in mind.

What You'll Be Doing:
- As a Deskside Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues.
- You will manage incidents, service requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
- A significant aspect of your role will involve setting up and configuring devices such as iPhones, laptops, and other hardware for users.
- You’ll also get involved with support for audio visual/video conference meetings and events
The Ideal Candidate:
- You should have a minimum of three years’ experience in IT support within the legal sector.
- Experience with setting up and managing devices using enterprise MDM tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products and legal specific applications (e.g. iManage).
- Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Location – 5 days onsite (Central London)
