Description

Are you ready to lead transformative projects and play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic organisation?
We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to oversee and drive the seamless integration of acquired businesses.

This is a senior-level position within a fast-growing, private equity-backed group, offering you the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across operating businesses, support functions, and newly acquired entities.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full integration process, from planning and execution to ensuring successful delivery of key business objectives. Collaborating with regional M&A teams and reporting directly to the Regional M&A Leader, this role is pivotal to the company’s growth and buy-and-build strategy.

What’s in It for You?

  • Remote Working Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of working from home while staying connected with teams across the UK and internationally.

  • Impactful Role: Shape the company’s future by driving integration success and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

  • Professional Growth: Collaborate with global M&A teams, share best practices, and refine your expertise in integration and business transformation.

  • Exciting Challenges: Be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on high-profile projects that span regions and industries.

Key Skills Required

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience managing business integrations or leading transformation programmes in a professional services setting.

  • A solid track record of project delivery within broader business change initiatives.

  • Budget management expertise, ensuring projects remain on track financially.

  • Familiarity with matrix management environments, working collaboratively across multiple departments and regions.

  • Knowledge of finance, accountancy, or practice management systems is advantageous.

Soft Skills Required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives under pressure and excels at managing competing priorities.

  • Is a natural leader and motivator, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Communicates effectively, presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Embraces change and adapts quickly in a fast-evolving business environment.

  • Possesses a collaborative mindset, driving consensus and alignment among stakeholders.

If you’re a confident and results-driven professional looking to make a real impact in a senior-level role, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: This position is being offered on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
