As a Project Manager within a busy Change department, you'll oversee a variety of projects with autonomy and responsibility. You'll work closely with legal and business services teams, building relationships across the business while steering projects to successful outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth project delivery while adhering to best practices.

Key Details:

  • Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
  • Location: Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:30

Core Responsibilities and Key Technologies

  • Project Planning: Develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables, creating comprehensive documentation and managing RAID logs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and run project board meetings to ensure clear communication.
  • Budget and Procurement: Manage budgets and oversee vendor onboarding processes.
  • Delivery: Use structured project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Change Delivery Framework, Prince2, Agile PM) to guide projects through the lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of templates, tools, and processes within the Change department.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
  • Organisation: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with confidence to challenge and resolve issues.
  • Certifications: Prince2 or Agile PM certification (or equivalent experience).
