Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Leeds or Manchester (3 days per week in the office)

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join a global law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience to work in a dynamic environment. The role requires a proactive individual who can independently handle projects with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the early stages of the project lifecycle to define project drivers, objectives, and high-level requirements.
• Manage the delivery of BA-related deliverables, including detailed analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Document requirements as user stories, using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Support the continual improvement of the BA team through leading initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Experience & Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in professional services or legal environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, managing projects with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in requirement elicitation using a variety of techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, document analysis).
• Ability to interact confidently with developers; a technical background is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (desirable).
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile certification (or equivalent through experience).
