Business Analyst – AI & Innovation Projects
Location: Liverpool (Central) | Hybrid Working: 3 days office, 2 days remote

Key Skills Required:
• Business Analysis Expertise – Proven experience using various analysis techniques such as process mapping (BPMN), user stories, and requirements gathering.
• AI & Technology Enthusiasm – A genuine interest in AI, automation, and exploring innovative technologies to improve efficiency.
• Project Lifecycle Management – Strong understanding of managing projects through discovery, design, testing, and implementation.
• Testing & Delivery – Experience creating test scripts, coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensuring readiness for project go-live.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops, and presenting complex ideas clearly.
