Global Law Firm – Paris
Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day working from home
Salary – €40,000 - €50,000

Are you an IT Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of IT support to global and local users.
You will be providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware, including:
- Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite etc
- AV / meeting room support
- Office 365
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Mobile device management
Your skills:
- You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm
- 1st and 2nd line technical support experience
- You must be a fluent French speaker with proficient English language skills
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
