IT Support Analyst
Global Law Firm –Hamburg
Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day working from home.
Salary – €45,000 - €55,000

Are you an IT Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of ITsupport to global and local users.
You will be providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware, including:
- Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite etc
- AV / meeting room support
- Office 365
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Mobile device management
Your skills:
- You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm.
- 1st and 2nd line technical support experience.
- You must be a fluent German speaker with proficient English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high-pressured environment.
