Senior Business Analyst – Liverpool
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a global Change Department for a leading law firm. This role is integral to driving high-quality analysis and delivering impactful business process improvements aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
Similarly, this role will provide the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance to the wider BA team to drive development and knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation of intricate business processes, to propose enhancements and deliver added value to the organisation.
- Gather and manage requirements from SME’s both in-person and across various global locations.
- Produce clear, concise documentation, tailored to the project’s needs and aligned with best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and supporting informed decision-making.
- Using BPMN to create detailed business process maps, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support UAT by creating test scripts, organising all testing activities, and managing defect resolution.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts, offering guidance to develop their skills and expertise.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role with an emphasis on business process improvement and change management.
- Experience working in the legal sector or professional services environment.
- Understanding of a variety of business analysis tools and different project methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating workshops and presenting requirements and processes clearly.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple locations and working in different project environments.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
This is a permanent role offering based in Liverpool, with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and offering £55k - £65k per annum.
