IT Software Asset Management Specialist

Are you an experienced IT Asset Management analyst/specialist looking for your next challenge? Are you seeking a role which offers hybrid working flexibility? Or maybe to join a reputable firm to grow your career with?

Key technology and skills needed:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role
  • Experience renewing and purchasing software
  • Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software
  • Experience tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills

Role overview:

  • Manage Software Assets: Ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle.
  • Handle Azure Billing: Oversee and review Azure invoicing and subscription processes.
  • Enhance Processes: Define and improve Software Asset Management procedures.
  • Collaborate with Vendors: Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Conduct Audits: Regularly audit licenses and ensure software compliance.
