EUC Team Leader
1 day on site per week- London
£70-80,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join an established law firm in central London.
You will lead their End User Compute team, driving innovation and excellence in technology delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in end user computing technologies, such as virtual desktops, application delivery, and device management.
Technical skills required:
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM, InTune, Autopilot, MSI Packaging, PowerShell, Citrix XenApp, and common desktop applications like Office and Adobe.
- Strong understanding of M365 services (Endpoint Manager, Autopilot) and IT security/compliance best practices.
- Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and maintenance, virtual technologies (VMware, Citrix, Azure VDI), and hardware support.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automating desktop processes, including OS patching and application deployment.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
