Richard is one of our longest serving employees, who left the Canadian hills to join Picture More in its earliest days.

As Head of Knowledge, he is responsible for client account management for a number of our key strategic accounts and internal knowledge information for the business.

Since joining Picture More back in 2010 as the third employee, he has developed his recruitment career and grown with the organisation utilising his 14+ years of expertise in IT recruitment.

Richard instils the Picture More ethics of matching opportunities with ambition – providing his clients with honesty, integrity, and ‘quality, rather than quantity’. His focus is to build strong long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Picture More, Richard went travelling for 12 months working on the Canadian ski hills of Banff and Lake Louise! He enjoys socialising with friends and family, attending concerts (music and comedy) and keeping active in his spare time through sport, slowly moving into the twilight of his football career…
