If you want the lowdown on multi-tasking, talk to Kimberley, our Director of Human Resources & Operations. Her role is dynamic and multi-faceted, involving a huge variety of responsibilities looking after our people and finances – and helping to steer and shape the development of the business.

As an HR professional (Fellow CIPD), with 15 years’ experience, Kimberley guides, manages and provides strategy for the development of our people across the organisation. As Picture More’s office mum, she does a million things and more to ensure the team’s wellbeing and professional growth.

If that’s not enough, she also heads up our finance department. Working alongside the Directors she has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company. She is indispensable in being commercially aware, analysing figures and advising on the detail of the numbers.

Prior to joining Picture More, Kimberley worked as a HR Advisor in the partnership team of a leading international law firm in the city, Linklaters. This specialist role dealt with the most complex and challenging tasks of a partnership. It was then that she discovered she could spin many plates at once, undertaking her job while at the same time gaining an MA in HR.

When not juggling her many work responsibilities, she is married to Rooney and Mum to twins. She is an Air BnB Superhost, enjoys a drink in the evening, loves Instagram and is desperately waiting for her next holiday!
