Leah joined Picture More as a Resource Specialist at the beginning of 2019. Leah is part of the Project Delivery team here and tends to focus on the business analysis space across both permanent and contract roles.

Whilst studying for her BSc in Marketing and Management at the University of Sussex, Leah did a professional placement year in industry as a Project Coordinator. This has helped her support candidates, as she has a practical understanding of their roles and is able to discuss the more technical processes with them.  

Like many people who move to Brighton to study, Leah has never found the desire to leave. Outside of work you’ll likely find her at one of Brighton’s many music venues, discovering an eclectic taste of new bands that ensure she never gets control of the office iPod.
