Ask a child what they want to do when they grow up and chances are, they won’t suggest recruitment. In fact, Brendan wanted to be a stuntman! Fast forward a couple of decades, however, and he was falling (without crash mats) into the world of IT Recruitment.

In a role that he describes as not entirely removed from the world of stunts (fast-paced, edgy, quite tiring), Brendan is an integral member of Picture More’s Associate Directors group, responsible for growing and developing the team of delivery consultants.

The common traits of individuals in the delivery teams he has assembled over the years are perseverance, hard-working, self-motivation and lots of patience. These are all solid foundations for longevity within the industry.

A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Brendan regularly develops internal staff wellness campaigns.

Not one for bingeing on Netflix, Brendan is more likely to be found in the gym when not at work, where he goes to keep in shape and maintain his youth (and the quality of his holiday snaps). he can also often be found at Stamford Bridge - supporting his local team.
