Ross is our Head of Client Development at Picture More.

This means that day to day he is working hard to develop existing client relationships while also helping to bring new clients into the Picture More family. He is our main point of contact between our clients (law firms and professional services firms) and our in-house team of resourcers, providing the insights needed to facilitate a smooth process throughout.

When he’s not busy working with clients, he can also be found resourcing senior positions including IT ‘Head of’ and Director roles as well as supporting firms to resource specific IT projects or deliver managed services.

Previous to joining Picture More in 2017, Ross worked for 10 years as a Client Relationship Manager / Senior IT Consultant, focused on delivering excellence in client service and candidate search and selection. Not surprisingly, these are qualities that have been put to good use at Picture More.

A past footballer, Ross can often now be found in the gym or playing golf – that is, when he is not working or running around after his young son.
