The Opportunity
This is a second-line support position that goes beyond the basics. Based in modern offices near Chancery Lane, you’ll be joining a well-established data and research company that’s built its reputation on reliability, depth, and innovation.
You’ll be supporting a close-knit team with a real sense of ownership over their work. Whether it’s resolving tickets, supporting key infrastructure, or getting stuck into internal projects, you’ll be right at the centre of the action.
Location: Chancery Lane (office-based, 5 days a week)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and resolve 2nd line support tickets, acting as a go-to escalation point
- Collaborate closely with 1st line support, offering informal mentoring and guidance
- Monitor systems and network performance, and maintain internal documentation
- Work with infrastructure elements like AD, DNS, permissions, and Windows Server
- Get involved in process improvement and internal project work
- Support of Audio Visual equipment
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless support
Core technologies you'll work with include:
Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
