AI Product Manager
Global Law Firm | Permanent | Hybrid Working Available
A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the coordination, development, and delivery of its growing portfolio of AI tools. This includes both in-house solutions and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of legal technology experience, strategic product management skills, and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle for AI tools, from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (including Innovation, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and IT) to identify and assess AI opportunities.
- Define detailed product specifications and maintain clear, strategic product roadmaps aligned with firm-wide objectives.
- Prioritise product features based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Translate technical detail into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, security requirements, and ethical standards.
- Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of both developing and procuring digital products.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a user-focused approach.
- Experience within the legal sector or professional services environment is highly desirable.

- Working across internal teams to deliver innovative AI tools that enhance legal service delivery.
- Partnering with developers to define and shape functionality and user experience.
- Collaborating with procurement and legal teams on vendor assessments and onboarding.
- Engaging with end-users to gather feedback and prioritise enhancements.
