About the Role


As a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions to legal practice groups and the wider business. This role blends business analysis and project management, driving the implementation and adoption of legal technology initiatives. You will collaborate with legal teams, business services, and IS to identify needs, define requirements, and oversee project execution from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with legal practice groups, business services, and IS to understand technology needs and translate them into clear, functional requirements.

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation of legal technology projects.

  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive technology adoption.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (legal teams, IT, vendors, and business teams) to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide hands-on support for legal-specific applications such as iManage, SharePoint, Acrobat, and emerging legal tech.

  • Work closely with all levels of legal staff to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.

  • Organise and facilitate training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and product demonstrations.


Experience



  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a law firm or corporate legal environment.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, SharePoint, Acrobat, and legal technology solutions.

  • Hands-on experience supporting legal-specific applications and working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and IT teams.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

  • A self-starter with outstanding customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • The ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and effectively communicate with IS teams.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
