Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a global law firm and their team in London. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the design and implementation of the Intapp client onboarding platform as part of a broader client matter lifecycle project. The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and technical capabilities to ensure the platform meets business needs and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple workstreams to support the design and implementation of the Intapp client onboarding platform.
- Specify and document business requirements and design as directed, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Write functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understand and document business information, data, processes and workflows to agreed standards.
- Provide information to support the Programme Delivery Lead to effectively control and manage the overall delivery.
- Work closely with the Compliance and Risk team to ensure that the solution adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration with existing systems.
- Support on the design and execution of business testing.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements and processes.
- Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of similar large-scale IT projects, ideally projects specifically focused on new business intake systems.
- Familiarity with Intapp Intake, Conflicts and Walls or a similar platform.
- Ideally, a broad understanding of the regulatory environment governing new business intake, matter risk assessment and client onboarding within the regulated sector.
