Head of GenAI Operations (UK, US & EMEA)

We’re searching for a strategic and technically savvy leader to spearhead GenAI initiatives across the UK, US, and EMEA regions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring AI-powered tools are implemented effectively, align with business objectives, and deliver meaningful results.

Location: Central London (2–3 days in the office)
Salary: £150,000 - £180,000 + benefits

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across technology, legal, and business services, acting as the bridge between AI technology and real-world business application. This is a rare opportunity to drive AI innovation in an organisation that is investing heavily in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities & Core Technology
- GenAI Strategy & Execution – Drive the firm’s AI adoption strategy, ensuring successful integration across UK, US, and EMEA.
- AI Governance & Risk Management – Ensure AI tools comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with IT, compliance, legal, and business teams to align AI projects with business goals.
- Technology & Vendor Oversight – Oversee internal and external AI solutions, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
- Change & Adoption Management – Promote AI awareness, train teams, and drive cultural shifts towards digital transformation.

Tech Stack & Key Expertise:
- Generative AI (GenAI) platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot)
- M365, Cloud & AI integration
- AI Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Data Security, Privacy & Model Ethics
