Key Information on the Role
IT Development Manager
Location: Central London (2-3 days in the office)
Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 + bonus


You'll lead a talented team of Analyst Developers to build and enhance bespoke business applications, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise IT solutions.

Core Responsibilities & Technology
- Lead the development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain bespoke applications and integrations using C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, and SQL.
- Manage application integrations with tools like Intapp and enterprise systems (e.g., Elite 3E, NetDocuments).
- Develop solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide BAU support while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.


Skills & Attributes You’ll Need
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex development projects over several years within the legal sector.
- Expertise in enterprise IT systems, SQL, and application integration.
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A flexible, pragmatic approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
