Flexible working available.As the Global UC Architect, you will design, implement, and manage scalable telecommunications services, including video telephony (MS Teams), voicemail, contact centers, and remote access. This individual will lead projects, provide strategic telecom guidance, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

- Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams voice services, and telecom protocols (e.g., SIP, ISDN PRI).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom networks, with a focus on VoIP infrastructure design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-focused skills.
